Do I have to pick a bundle, or can I buy modules individually?+
Both. Bundles (Recruit, Manage, Develop, Suite) are priced for the most common combinations and are the cheapest path. You can also pick any of the 10 modules à la carte — useful if you only need, say, AI Interviews or Time Off.
Is AI Interviews really standalone?+
Yes. AI Interviews is the only module designed to work entirely on its own — no ATS migration, no HRIS setup. You connect a calendar, paste a job description, and start scoring candidates the same day. Most teams adopt it before any other Screeq module.
How does per-tenant pricing work?+
Pricing is per company (tenant), not per recruiter seat. You add as many hiring managers, interviewers, and admins as you want — pricing scales with active employees in HR modules and active jobs in recruiting modules, not with seats.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 14 days on the full Suite, no credit card. You can also use the public AI tools (JD Grader, Salary Benchmark, Interview Question Generator) forever-free, no signup needed.
Can I switch bundles later?+
Anytime. Upgrade and the new modules unlock instantly with prorated billing. Downgrade and the change applies at the next renewal — your data in deactivated modules is preserved for 90 days in case you re-enable.
What's included in implementation?+
All bundles include guided onboarding: data import (from Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR, and CSV), SSO setup, careers-page setup, and template configuration. The Suite bundle adds a named onboarding manager for the first 60 days.
Do you offer annual discounts?+
Yes — 2 months free on annual plans across all bundles, and additional volume discounts for organisations above 250 employees. Talk to sales for custom terms.
Where is data stored, and is Screeq GDPR-compliant?+
EU customers are hosted on EU infrastructure (Frankfurt). We're GDPR-compliant, sign DPAs, support data residency, and have SOC 2 Type II in progress. See /security and /dpa for the full posture.
Can we cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current cycle. Annual plans run to the end of the term — we don't auto-renew without a 30-day notice email.
Do you charge for candidates or applicants?+
Never. Unlimited candidates, unlimited applications, unlimited async interview minutes within fair-use. Pricing is on your team and active jobs, not on the people you're hiring.
