Do we need to migrate everything before we start?

No. You can start with one job opening or one module (e.g. recruiting), and import the rest of your data later. CSV import is built in for jobs, candidates, and employees.

Can candidates opt out of AI?

Yes. Candidates are clearly informed that an AI is involved and can request a human-only review. We log this consent on the application record for audit purposes.

Transcription and summarisation work in 30+ languages. The candidate-facing flow itself is multilingual and remembers each candidate's preferred language.

Per active employee, billed monthly or annually. Annual plans get a meaningful discount. Recruiting-only plans are also available for teams that don't need the HR side yet.

Are there any usage caps on AI interviews?

Each plan includes a generous monthly allowance of AI interview minutes. Heavy-volume teams can add bundles. Live usage is always visible in Settings → Usage.

What happens at the end of a billing period?

Plans renew automatically at the same cadence. You can switch between monthly and annual, or downgrade, at any time from Settings → Plans.

We operate in multiple regions (US, EU, UK, India, UAE, Singapore). You choose your region during onboarding and your data stays there at rest.

We are SOC 2 Type II in progress. Our security page lists the current state of every control and certification we're working toward.

We're GDPR-ready, with EU data residency, candidate data deletion workflows, and audit logs on sensitive actions. A standard DPA is available on request.

Yes. Roles cover admin, recruiter, hiring manager, interviewer, and employee, with field-level permissioning on sensitive areas like compensation.

Which calendars do you support?

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (Outlook). Round-robin scheduling, availability windows, and write-back work on both.

Yes. Slash commands, hiring updates, and approval workflows can be wired into either platform from Settings → Integrations.

We push and pull employee records via API and webhooks. Direct connectors are rolling out for the major payroll providers — talk to us about your stack.

We're on Workday / SAP / Oracle. Can we move?

Yes — most teams move one module at a time. We provide CSV importers, a sandbox tenant for parallel running, and migration support during the trial.

What about historical interview data?

You can import historical applications and interview notes via CSV or our API. AI scoring only applies to new interviews going forward.
