1. Time-to-fill by role family

Group your roles, plot median, p90. Flags the families that need process attention.

2. Source quality (accept rate, not application count)

The channels that produce applications are rarely the channels that produce accepts. Track accept-per-source, not apps.

3. Manager hiring batting average

Hires by manager, 12-month retention by hiring manager. Sensitive — share privately, not in dashboards. Massive coaching opportunity.

4. Internal-mobility rate

Internal hires as % of all hires. Most companies don't measure this. Top-quartile is 25%+.

5. Regrettable attrition by tenure

Bucket regrettable departures by tenure (0-12 months, 13-24, 25+). Each bucket has a different root cause and a different fix.
