Generic diversity job boards have low conversion and high cost-per-app. They're useful for compliance evidence and not much else.

What does

Affinity-group partnerships with quarterly events. Bootcamp partnerships with explicit hiring pathways. University relationships at non-traditional schools. Returners programmes for career re-entry. All four require multi-quarter investment — there's no shortcut.

Measuring impact honestly

Track representation at top-of-funnel separately from pass-through-stage rates. Sourcing fixes the first; structured interviewing fixes the second. They're different problems with different solutions.
