Blind Review

Hiding identifying details from reviewers to reduce bias.

Blind review masks names, photos, and other identifying details during early-stage CV review. Evidence on impact is mixed but real for some funnels — strongest signal in roles with low minimum-qualification ambiguity (engineering, design portfolios).

Implementation matters: the masking has to survive into the rubric, not just the candidate card.
