eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score)

"How likely are you to recommend us as a place to work?" score.

Useful as a high-frequency lagging indicator. Less useful as a sole engagement measure — pair with open feedback and observed behaviour.

Trend matters more than absolute score. A drop of 10 points in a quarter is a fire alarm; a stable 'just-OK' score is a planning input.
