Psychometric Assessment

Standardised test of cognitive or personality traits.

Used most often in graduate programmes + high-volume hiring. Validity varies; combine with other signals, never use as sole filter.

Cognitive tests have stronger evidence than personality tests for job performance. Both have known adverse-impact concerns and need validation against the specific role.
