Interview Scorecard

Structured form interviewers complete after each interview.

A scorecard captures dimension scores, evidence quotes, and a hire/no-hire vote. Shared rubrics + independent scoring before debate is the format that predicts performance.

Required fields: per-dimension score (1–5), at least one evidence quote per dimension, and a forced overall vote (no 'maybe'). Optional fields: strengths, concerns, areas to probe in next round.
