Time to Hire

Days from job posted to offer accepted.

Time to hire is one of the most-tracked recruiting metrics. Industry benchmarks: ~30 days for non-technical roles, 45–60 for engineering. Modern AI screening can compress the early-funnel portion significantly.

Track it as a median, not a mean — outliers (long-vacant senior roles) skew the average and hide the operating reality.
